Payment Terms and Conditions for Printed Balloons & Balloon Shop Orders

Payment must be received in full before goods are sent, or in the case of printed balloons before we print.

Payment can be made by credit card. VISA or MASTERCARD only, or by DIRECT CREDIT

If you wish to  pay by DIRECT CREDIT, you can submit an order and we will email you by return to confirm the amount and Bank details. Allow an extra two working days for payments to clear.

All prices EXCLUDE GST and freight/postage is extra. Allow 7/10 days for delivery, and allow an extra day for rural delivery.

Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within seven days of receipt and will not be considered unless cartons are signed for as “damaged or pilfered”.
